Normally you would see Sheila Hallas and her team in various libraries across the local community but this year it is all change. Currently, libraries are not able to open due to COVID restrictions, but this could change very soon … you would then find them within Altrincham, Hale, Macclesfield, and Wilmslow libraries and the Curzon Cinema in Knutsford.
The Meller Braggins team in Knutsford are supporting Sheila in pushing sales of the charity Christmas cards. This year more than ever charity donations are important in order for the charities to continue to do the great work they do.
We want you to help in raising vital funds by:

3. Spread the word and forward this communication to friends and family to encourage them to buy or donate to charities.
Without volunteers, it wouldn’t be possible and Sheila has many great people helping, and she thanks every single one for their commitment and dedication. Special thanks are given to Mike Betts and Jill Dodson.
Having the support from the general public too and the local community also means a lot to Sheila and the team and it has been a great disappointment not being able to open as usual. The team is determined more than ever support the limited charities this year as much as possible and they all look forward to Christmas 2021 when all charities and more will be welcomed back. This will be a fabulous time for the Christmas Card charity as this will be the 50th Anniversary, celebrations all round!
Sheila Hallas MBE is the founder of the Christmas Charity Card Shop and she is now into her 49th year. With £5.5m raised for the charities receiving 100% of their sales.
