Her comprehensive understanding of the local market, combined with a keen eye for detail, enables her to provide accurate valuations and tailored advice to every client. Dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer journey, Victoria works closely with both buyers and sellers to ensure a seamless and successful experience from start to finish. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys travelling, hiking in the countryside, and exploring the outdoors with her dogs.

Emma James

With over 27 years of experience in the property industry, Emma is a highly respected and qualified estate agent specialising in the prime and super-prime market across Knutsford, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge & Prestbury. Having begun her career in 1998, she has worked across all areas of the industry – from sales and lettings to prime agency and property development – giving her a depth of knowledge few can match.

Living in Wilmslow, Emma brings a genuine live-local perspective to her work, combining in-depth local insight with a meticulous eye for detail and presentation. As a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), she is committed to the highest professional and ethical standards, offering clients reassurance, transparency and expertise at every stage of the process.

Amy Loynton

Amy began her career in property in 2018 and brings extensive experience across both the local and international property markets, having spent six years successfully selling homes in New Zealand.

With a strong track record of guiding clients through the buying and selling process, Amy is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering a highly personal service. She works closely with Victoria and Emma to support clients at every stage of their property journey.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, including her two dogs, Obi and Leo. In her spare time, you’ll often find her fishing or keeping active at the gym.

Leah Connor

Leah entered the property industry at 21 and quickly progressed to become one of the youngest branch managers for a well-known Cheshire estate agency. In 2024, she moved into the auction sector, where she delivers accurate valuations and tailored advice across residential, commercial, and land assets. Originally from Cheshire, Leah remains closely connected to the local community. A former active member of Cheshire Young Farmers, she continues her lifelong love of horses, regularly competing on weekends.

Andrea Bailey

With over 30 years in the property industry, Andrea is an experienced auction specialist covering Cheshire. Her career has spanned multiple areas of the sector, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how the market operates and what drives successful transactions.
