Victoria began her career in property in 2017 and has since built a strong reputation for her expertise in valuing residential homes across Cheshire, including both traditional sales and auction properties. Her comprehensive understanding of the local market, combined with a keen eye for detail, enables her to provide accurate valuations and tailored advice to every client. Dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer journey, Victoria works closely with both buyers and sellers to ensure a seamless and successful experience from start to finish. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys travelling, hiking in the countryside, and exploring the outdoors with her dogs.

Emma James

With a career in property spanning more than 25 years, Emma is a highly experienced and qualified estate agent specialising in the super-prime market across Knutsford and Cheshire. Having begun her career in 1998, Emma has successfully navigated every aspect of the industry — from sales and lettings to prime agency and property development — and has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client care.

Now based once again in Knutsford, Emma combines her local knowledge with a refined understanding of presentation and detail. She works closely with both buyers and sellers, delivering a discreet, personalised service and ensuring every property is showcased to the highest standard from first introduction to completion. Beyond property, Emma is passionate about health, fitness, and personal development. She enjoys time in the gym, running with her sister, and has a passion for cooking and travel.

Suzanne Clark

Suzanne started her property career in 2021 at Butters John Bee, working with a range of properties from the upper-quartile market to auctions, new homes, and private treaty sales. Suzanne joined the Meller Braggins team in late 2023 as a Sales Negotiator. Outside of work, she’s often running with her dog or riding her horse.

Leah Connor

Leah entered the property industry at 21 and quickly progressed to become one of the youngest branch managers for a well-known Cheshire estate agency. In 2024, she moved into the auction sector, where she delivers accurate valuations and tailored advice across residential, commercial, and land assets. Originally from Cheshire, Leah remains closely connected to the local community. A former active member of Cheshire Young Farmers, she continues her lifelong love of horses, regularly competing on weekends.
