Emma James

With over 27 years of experience in the property industry, Emma is a highly respected and qualified estate agent specialising in the prime and super-prime market across Knutsford, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge & Prestbury. Having begun her career in 1998, she has worked across all areas of the industry – from sales and lettings to prime agency and property development – giving her a depth of knowledge few can match.

Living in Wilmslow, Emma brings a genuine live-local perspective to her work, combining in-depth local insight with a meticulous eye for detail and presentation. As a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), she is committed to the highest professional and ethical standards, offering clients reassurance, transparency and expertise at every stage of the process.

Known for her discreet, highly personalised approach, Emma works closely with both buyers and sellers to ensure every property is positioned and presented to its full potential, delivering a seamless experience from first introduction through to completion. Her reputation is built on integrity, trust and exceptional client care.

Outside of work, Emma has a keen interest in interior design and beautifully curated spaces, with a natural appreciation for how lifestyle and environment shape the way we live. She is passionate about health and fitness, enjoys time in the gym and loves exploring new countries, drawing inspiration from global design, architecture and culture.

Andrew Wall

Andrew has been working in the property industry for over 24 years, with extensive experience across Cheshire. He has a particular passion for period properties, listed buildings and homes of historical or public interest, giving him a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to selling some of the area’s most distinctive properties.

Originally from Manchester, Andrew lived in Lymm for over 20 years before making Knutsford both his home and place of work around five years ago. Having lived locally for so many years, he has a genuine understanding of the area and, more importantly, the lifestyle that comes with living here. He believes this gives him a valuable insight into what people want and expect from their estate agent.

Andrew is known for working closely with his clients and believes that communication is at the heart of a successful sale. When asked about his approach, he said: “Communication is key. Selling houses is a rollercoaster and sometimes involves giving my clients news they don’t want to hear, but in my experience, clients appreciate an honest approach and being told the truth.”

For Andrew, being an estate agent is about much more than simply putting a property on the market. He prides himself on being approachable, honest and available throughout the entire process, ensuring his clients always know where they stand.

Away from the office, Andrew is a keen football fan, with Manchester United being his team, and is also a big Formula 1 enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his great group of friends and can often be found in the evenings and at weekends enjoying the local pubs, bars and restaurants. When he’s not doing that, you’ll probably find Andrew out walking his best little mate, Bob the dog. Leah Connor

Leah entered the property industry at 21 and quickly progressed to become one of the youngest branch managers for a well-known Cheshire estate agency. In 2024, she moved into the auction sector, where she delivers accurate valuations and tailored advice across residential, commercial, and land assets. Originally from Cheshire, Leah remains closely connected to the local community. A former active member of Cheshire Young Farmers, she continues her lifelong love of horses, regularly competing on weekends.

Courtney Moss

Courtney brings several years of experience in the property industry, along with a strong understanding of the market and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

Having previously worked in property sales, she has developed a detailed understanding of the buying and selling process and the importance of delivering a consistently high level of service. Now specialising in Business Development, Courtney focuses on building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting clients throughout their property journey.

Covering the Knutsford area, Courtney is passionate about becoming a trusted point of contact within the local community. Friendly, professional and approachable, she is committed to making every interaction as positive and straightforward as possible.
