Inheritance Tax / Probate

Are usually required when someone dies. The valuation is at the date of death and therefore sometimes may have to be referenced back to values some weeks or months earlier. The valuation can be used to present to the Inland Revenue to assess the level of Inheritance Tax which needs to be paid.
