Schedules of Condition
It is generally advisable to have a Schedule of Condition prepared
at the beginning of a lease to detail the condition of the building.
Under the terms of a lease the tenant is often responsible for repairs,
maintenance and even replacing parts of the building, fixtures or
fittings. It is not unusual for agreements to require the tenant
to put the property into a better condition during the course of
the lease than it was at the beginning. We will record the condition
of the building at the beginning of the lease and provide a schedule
of photographs.
