Right to Buy Valuations

Many Council house tenants are now buying their property from a Local Authority or Housing Association as it can be cheaper than renting. We act for both Housing Associations in the initial assessment of the values and also for tenants wanting to know if what they are paying is the right price and reflects the overall condition of the property.
