Hello, we're Meller Braggins; your Cheshire property experts.

Since 1836, we've been helping to write the next chapter of the lives of local Cheshire residents, particularly in Altrincham, Knutsford and Wilmslow.

Through proactive home selling, letting and auctioning, we've had the privilege of playing a key part in keeping Cheshire's property market moving for almost two centuries.

Your home is undoubtedly a major part of your life, and also a valuable asset. We want to make sure it is looked after and cared for, whether you are undergoing a sales process, letting it to tenants, or placing it under the hammer at auction. No matter your circumstances, Richard and Simon are here to ensure you receive the personal service that you and your home deserve.

Richard Greenham

Richard comes from a background of Chartered Surveyors and property specialists. He started his career working for a large national chain of estate agents based just outside Manchester city centre, before joining Meller Braggins in April 2000. From here Richard has plenty of experience working in the local areas. Over the years, he has dealt with a wide variety of properties from the sale of a water tower to the house built and lived in by Sir Henry Royce of Rolls Royce in Knutsford. Outside of his property career, one of Richards’s main hobbies is classic cars and he can be found trying to fix something on one which has inevitably broken. In addition to this, he enjoys travelling and running around after his children together with three cats and a dog!

Simon Middleton, BA (Hons)

Simon started his property career in 2000 working for Savills PLC in Lincolnshire, dealing with properties in the upper quartile of the market. He relocated to Cheshire in 2006 to open the Savills Wilmslow office. Prior to working for Meller Braggins, Simon was a regional Director for Fine and Country, based in the Knutsford office. Simon has developed an expertise in the sale of country homes and prestige properties in South Manchester and Cheshire, and is also a specialist not only in the sale of residential property, but also in the marketing of development sites, new homes, and farms, by private treaty, auction, and informal tender. Simon is a keen sailor and rock climber, and during his spare time can be found racing his boat on inland waters around the UK or scaling remote crags in the Peak District.
